Terms of service

1. These terms

These terms are the agreement between you and BinduLogic Limited for the use of BinduCare, covering https://binducare.com and the application at app.binducare.com. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the accounts of the users you invite. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

3. Trial and subscription

A new practice gets a 30 day trial of the full product with no card required. After the trial you choose a monthly plan. Plans renew monthly until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

If a subscription lapses, the records already in your account stay readable and printable. Creating new visits and new prescriptions requires an active plan.

4. Clinical responsibility

BinduCare is a record-keeping and printing tool. It is not a medical device and it does not practise medicine. The drug safety checks, interaction warnings and clinical suggestions it shows are aids, not instructions, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Every clinical decision, including whether to override a warning, is yours. You remain responsible for the care of your patients and for meeting the professional and legal obligations that apply to you.

5. Your data

The patient and practice data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter it and for using it lawfully.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use BinduCare to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, to reverse engineer it, or to resell access to it without our written agreement.

7. Availability

We work to keep BinduCare available and to take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice for planned work where we can.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BinduLogic Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. On closure you may ask us for an export of your data before it is removed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and for a material change we will email the account owner before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
