Who we are

BinduCare is operated by BinduLogic Limited, a software company registered in Bangladesh. This policy covers binducare.com and the BinduCare application at app.binducare.com.

This website collects nothing

binducare.com is a set of static pages. It has no sign-up form, no contact form, no analytics script and no advertising script. It sets no cookies. Visiting it leaves nothing behind beyond the ordinary server request logs that any web host keeps.

What the application stores

When you create an account at app.binducare.com we store the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and your chamber or clinic details. As you use the product we store the patient records you enter, including patient identity details, visits, prescriptions and billing records.

That patient data belongs to your practice. We process it so that we can provide the service to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything.

Who can see your data

Each practice is isolated from every other practice at the database level. Users you invite see only the data belonging to your practice, and only the parts their role permits. BinduLogic staff access your data only when you ask us to, for support or for a fault we are investigating.

Prescription verification

A printed prescription carries a QR code that opens a public verification page. That page deliberately shows only the prescription identifier, the doctor's name, the chamber name, the date and whether the prescription was finalised. It shows no diagnosis, no medication and no patient name, because printed paper can be photographed by anyone who picks it up.

Third parties

We use a hosting provider to run the servers, an email provider to send account emails such as verification codes, and a payment provider to take subscription payments. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. The payment provider receives your billing details; it does not receive patient data.

How long we keep it

We keep your practice data for as long as your account exists. If your subscription lapses, your existing records remain readable and printable rather than being deleted. If you ask us to close the account and delete the data, we will do so, subject to any record retention that Bangladeshi law requires of a medical practice.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@bindulogic.com from the email address on the account and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for a material change, email the account owner.
